Bookings & deposits

Wedding dates and group bookings are reserved with a 30% retainer, deducted from your final balance. Single appointments require no deposit and are paid on the day. Your date is only secured once the retainer is received and confirmed in writing.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Appointments may be moved free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice. Later changes retain the retainer as a late-change fee. Wedding cancellations within 14 days of the date retain the full retainer; balances already paid for services not rendered are refunded within 10 working days.

On the day

Please arrive with clean, dry hair for hair services and a bare, moisturized face for makeup unless we agree otherwise. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, we may need to simplify the planned look to protect the rest of the day's schedule.

Skin & allergies

Tell us about allergies, sensitivities and skin conditions before your trial or appointment. Patch tests are available on request. While every product is professional grade and sanitized between clients, individual reactions can never be entirely ruled out.

Photography

We love sharing finished looks. Before-and-after photos are only published with your explicit permission, given separately from these terms — silence means no.

Payments

We accept cards, bank transfers and cash. Final balances for weddings are due 7 days before the event. Prices on this site are a guide; your written confirmation states the exact agreed total.
